How to proceed with a claim for diamonds, jewelry, or other goods purchased in our e-shop.

Statutory warranty

All goods purchased in our e-shop come with a statutory warranty of 24 months from the date of receipt.

The Claims Procedure governs the conditions and method for exercising the buyer's rights from defective performance (claims) in accordance with the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

When filing a claim, we ask you to present proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation) and a description of the defect.

How to file a claim

Contact us

Inform us about your claim by phone at +420 734 770 000 or by email at [email protected]. Provide your order number.

Describe the defect

Describe the nature of the defect as precisely as possible. Attach photographs if possible. This helps us with faster assessment.

Deliver the goods

Deliver the claimed goods in person to our office or send them via insured mail. We cover the shipping costs.

Claim resolution

We will assess and resolve your claim within the statutory deadline. You will be informed of the result by email or phone.

Resolution deadline

Claims will be resolved no later than 30 calendar days from the date of filing. You will receive written confirmation of claim acceptance.

In case of a justified claim, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a discount on the purchase price, or contract withdrawal depending on the nature of the defect.

Claims do not cover

Normal wear and tear corresponding to the duration and manner of use (e.g., minor scratches on metal).

Mechanical damage caused by improper handling, dropping, or impact.

Interventions or modifications made by unauthorized persons or services.

Natural changes in materials (silver oxidation, patina) and normal aging.
