Pick up your jewelry in person at our office at Kozí 916/5, Prague 1. By prior arrangement, Mon–Fri 9:00–16:30.

Courier with personal handover

From CZK 290 / free over CZK 30,000

Insured shipment with personal handover directly to you. Delivery within 1–2 business days across the Czech Republic.

Registered valuable mail

From CZK 190

Insured registered mail via Czech Post with personal delivery. Suitable for smaller jewelry items.

Insurance & security

All shipments are insured for the full value of their contents. Jewelry is transported in discreet packaging without content labeling.

For higher-value shipments, we use a specialized transport service with armed security and GPS tracking.

International shipping

We deliver to all EU countries and selected non-EU destinations. International shipping costs depend on the destination country and shipment value.

For shipments outside the EU, customs clearance may be required. Duties and additional fees are borne by the recipient.
