Returns & Right of Withdrawal
How and when you can withdraw from the contract, which goods the 14-day period applies to, and the model withdrawal form.
Our business model is made-to-order and procure-to-order: we hold no finished jewellery or stones in stock. Each product is sourced or made specifically for your order after payment is received.
Your statutory rights for defective goods (complaints) are unaffected — see the Complaints Policy.
When the right of withdrawal does not arise
In accordance with Section 1837(d) of the Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or adapted to the consumer's personal needs. This applies to:
- •made-to-order jewellery configured through the configurator (individual choice of metal, size and setting, including pairing with a selected stone);
- •goods with engraving or other personalisation.
You are expressly informed of this before completing your order, and completing it is confirmed by a separate acknowledgement.
14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days. The period runs from the day you receive the goods (for a shipment split into parts, from receipt of the last part). To meet the deadline it is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the period expires.
You may try and inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics; withdrawal cannot be conditioned on undamaged packaging.
Goods that keep the right of withdrawal
For individual certified diamonds and standard parcels of small diamonds delivered unaltered, the 14-day right of withdrawal is retained. The exclusion above does not apply to them, unless the specific stone was demonstrably cut to your individual specification.
Refunds and costs
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments including delivery costs (up to the cheapest delivery method we offer) without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of withdrawal. We are not obliged to refund before you hand the goods back to us or prove you have sent them.
You bear the cost of returning the goods. Please send them insured for their full value; we will provide instructions for safe return on request.

Send your withdrawal notice by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address. You may use the model form below, but you are not required to.
