Natural Heart Diamonds

9165 diamonds found

The heart shape is a modified brilliant where the outline's legibility depends entirely on bilateral symmetry — the two lobes must match in size and curvature, the V-shaped cleft must be clearly defined, and the point must align exactly with the cleft's centre, since even minor deviation is visible at arm's length. A length-to-width ratio near 1.00:1 produces the most balanced silhouette; below approximately 0.50ct the shape compresses and blurs once set, making carat weight a more consequential choice here than for other fancy shapes.
